Integrating both YANG and YIN energies creates a truly balanced full-body Yoga practice: from VIN to YIN.
This special 2 hour class begins with some challenging VINyasa (flowing) yoga to open the physical body, stimulate the flow of energy and increase the heart rate.
The second half of the class focuses on long-held YIN poses that work deeply into the connective tissue (fascia), allowing us to relax into the deepest layers of our being.
This workshop is open to anyone with some experience of yoga wishing to integrate the best of the vinyasa and yin yoga practices

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Deb Shaw is a qualified Hatha, Yin, Jivamukti and Trauma-informed Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She loves sharing the healing practices of yoga in an accessible and practical way.
