These days, BUSY is glorified and REST, well, not so much. And yet the importance of rest in a truly productive, creative and fulfilling life cannot be overstated. Without proper rest, difficulty sleeping, anxiousness, over-reacting to small inconveniences and lack of clarity may all manifest.
YOGA NIDRA (yogic sleep) is an ancient tool that, when practiced regularly, can cultivate consistent feelings of calm, clarity and focus.
This workshop is for everyone. You will be taught breathing and focus techniques that will facilitate a genuine feeling of rest and you will leave feeling utterly sublime.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Keith Kempis, has been teaching Jivamukti Yoga for over a decade, having completed Jivamukti Teacher Training in 2007 under the direct tutelage of founders, Sharon Gannon and David Life. He completed his 800hr Apprenticeship with his beloved mentor, Jessica Stickler in 2011 and was awarded Advanced Certification in 2012. Keith has assisted Sharon Gannon and David Life in Sydney, Byron Bay, Hong Kong, Bali and New York City and served as mentor in the inaugural Jivamukti TT in India 2015. He has also been a mentor on the Apprenticeship Program at Jivamukti Yoga Sydney where he taught for 10 years. Keith humbly bows down to all his teachers including Katie Manitsas with whom he has had 15 years of divine association.
