5 WEEK MEDITATION COURSE: BREATHE – FOCUS – RELAX

The first two BFR workshops were so well-received that we have now created a brand new course!
This special 5 week meditation course is taught by our very own Keith Kempis, Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and BIJA Director.
BFR integrates controlled breathing, guided meditation and deep DEEP relaxation.
Appropriate for people with experience in these practices as well as those with none.
Cost for the whole course is $108 for non-members (free for members as included in membership).

$9 from each course ticket goes directly to The Hunger Project.
