5 WEEK INTRODUCTION TO TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA COURSE

BIJA YOGA runs a 5 week trauma sensitive yoga course for those who would like to experience a more gentle accessible form of yoga. Trauma-informed yoga is an approach to teaching and learning yoga that comes from an understanding of trauma and its neurobiological basis. Please get in touch to register your interest.

5 WEEK BREATHE FOCUS RELAX COURSE

This special 5 week course allows us to dive deeper into the subtler practices of yoga: pranayama (directing the life force through breathing), meditation (focusing on a single point with the goal of doing so without any interruption) and deep relaxation (as opposed to distraction).

5 WEEK BEGINNER YOGA COURSES

A progressive course designed for the beginning yogi, the yogi who has recently come back to their practice, or the yogi established in their practice looking for a “primer” on the physical postures, sequencing, meditation and deep relaxation.
