Our Jivamukti BASICS Course progresses week-by-week and is recommended for students new to yoga as well as those who need a ‘primer’ on the fundamentals of asana. Questions are encouraged during class time. Created by Sharon Gannon and David Life.
YIN YOGA 8 week course
YIN Yoga consists of seated and supine asana (postures) held for long periods of time, and often supported by props. The long holds serve to strengthen the fascia (connective tissue) of the body. Yin Yoga can be a very reflective practice.
