BIJA YOGA runs a 5 week trauma sensitive yoga course for those who would like to experience a more gentle accessible form of yoga. BREATHE FOCUS RELAX

This special 5 week course allows us to dive deeper into the subtler practices of yoga: pranayama (directing the life force through breathing), meditation (focusing on a single point with the goal of doing so without any interruption) and deep relaxation (as opposed to distraction).
