Final  Jivamukti BASIC 8 week COURSE for 2018 begins 6pm Tuesday 16th plus Thursday 18th January. 


Yin Yoga consists of seated and supine asana (postures) held for long periods of time, and often supported by props. The long holds serve to strengthen the fascia (connective tissue) of the body. Yin Yoga can be a very reflective practice.

Final YIN 8 week COURSE for 2018 begins 7:30pm Wednesday18th January.


Ready to progress from BASICS but not quite ready for OPEN? This course explores the concept of ‘vinyasa’ (flowing style of yoga) by progressively breaking down and practicing popular sequences such as sun salutations as well as some classic Jivamukti sequences. Suitable for those new to vinyasa as well as those who would like to improve their practice.

8 week course begins TBC
