YIN Yoga consists of seated and supine asana (postures) held for long periods of time, and often supported by props. The long holds serve to strengthen the fascia (connective tissue) of the body. Yin Yoga can be a very reflective practice.

ART OF FLOW
In this specially-created course we break down classic sequences progressively, including many Jivamukti sequences, allowing students the space and time to understand and practice safe alignment, breathing techniques and how to modify for different levels of practice.
